Billing rules
- Prepaid monthly packages; included minutes do not roll over.
- Optional overage: $0.30 per minute, measured per second, on a separate invoice.
- An optional spend limit can be set. Without overage, new calls hear a callback message; calls already in progress finish.
- Package changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Payment and guarantee
- Taxes are excluded. Card payments are processed by Razorpay.
- First-month guarantee: request a full first package-fee refund within seven days of go-live, once per business. Overage is not refundable.
